Clark Booth, eloquent writer and storyteller at WCVB-TV Channel 5 from 1975 to 1999.  Clark was an esteemed member of the Channel 5 family for 25 years and was enormously respected for his work ethic and his ability to cover a wide range of stories with expertise and his signature style.

Steve Burton has spent 30 years covering the best sports teams in the country, first at NESN and now as the Sports Director for WBZ-TV, Channel 4, and WSBK-TV, Channel 38, in Boston.  Beyond the field, Steve has led by giving back, including his work with the Ron Burton Training Village, with a mission to train young people to achieve their purpose.

Barbara Dacey is recognized for maintaining a fiercely independent, eclectic, and community-oriented sound at MVY Radio on Martha’s Vineyard where she started as part-time DJ in 1985, was promoted to Program Director in 1993 and retired as the ‘Director of Worldwide Programming’ for one of the most streamed stations in the world.

Jack Edwards had numerous sports stops including WCVB-TV, WHDH-TV, and ESPN before landing as the television play-by-play voice of the Boston Bruins for NESN starting in 2005. Throughout his Emmy Award-winning time with the Bruins, Jack’s style became synonymous with his enthusiasm and colorful delivery.

Mike Garreffi is a respected, long-serving journalist in the Springfield, MA area who dedicated over three decades to WWLP-22NEWS.  While he served as News Director from 1999 until his retirement in 2026, Mike is most proud of his work as “a storyteller with a camera” from his days as a videographer.

Jordan Rich is the popular and long-time former host of The Jordan Rich Show on WBZ-AM 1030, a mix of history, arts, pop culture, and other topics.  Even after his retirement, he still files a variety of cultural and celebrity interview segments for WBZ.  Rich also co-owns audio production company Chart Productions with longtime friend and colleague Ken Carberry.

Arthur J. Singer, is the 2026 “Pioneer Award” recipient presented to individuals who have distinguished themselves over decades for lasting contributions made to the broadcast industry and through a leadership role in their particular craft.

After a long career in public television, including 14 years as General Manager of New Hampshire Public TV, Art returned home to Boston and served as Associate Vice President for Television, Radio, and Film at Emerson College. 

In 2007, Art co-founded the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame and served as President until 2013.
